We coordinate with consultants and the builder to guide you through the decision-making process on materials, finishes and construction systems. These drawings become the basis of your contract documents, being used by the builder and trades for quotes and precision installation.

We can assist you in selecting a suitable building contractor for your project. We can also provide advice during construction by monitoring the construction to determine whether it is being built in accordance with the contract documents.
